We go through a lot of eggs at our house, so what better way to help the shopping budget than to add a flock of hens to the farm? Here's a quick tour of their coop:

Our girls are incredible layers and we enjoy spoiling them daily with scraps from the kitchen. The kids were lucky to experience raising chicks from early on. Collecting eggs is now a daily chore for the kids as well.
